event COORDINATOR | NORTHEAST REGION | 2018 - pRESENT

In this role, I promoted, marketed and developed special events for the Northeast regional store locations and Macy’s HSQ. I lead planning and executing sales-driving, brand-building in-store events in collaboration with Macy’s vendors and strategic partners, as well as, wrote Macy’s events marketing advertising copy for online, radio, and in-store formats. I prided myself on my relationship management with all vendors and sponsors, translating into event opportunities. I identified outside sponsors for Macy’s special events, brainstormed concept, and developed action plans.

From concept, design, and logistics to a seamless execution — this event was a major success. Katy Perry made a personal appearance at Macy’s Herald Square to launch her Spring Collection of Katy Perry Shoes! The first 175 customers to make a purchase of $95 worth of Katy Perry Collections were able to meet and greet Katy Perry.
